The Naming is the Hardest Part…

The blog has life. Naming this particular one was more difficult than usual, what was a common theme across a trip in Southern Spain and France? We thought of T3 (Two Thousand Twelve Trip) but that was too plain. The Visigoths were controlled much of the areas we are to visit, so ‘Voyage to Visigoth’ & ‘Visigothic Voyage’ had life for a second or two. Finally Kim thought of one of the main things we liked in Spain the last time which was ham or jamón in Spanish. With jambon, ham in French, ‘Jamón & Jambon’ was named. Of course the nerd in me had to mention that we were spending our time in Spain in Catalonia, an autonomous region of Spain with its own language and in Catalan ham is pernil. You can guess how far that went.
